possible. If you think it MIGHT be pertinent, bring it. Some reminder type items include:
- Original Purchase Contract, signed by all
parties
- Cash/ Check for application fee
- Social Security Numbers
- List of all Income
- List of all Debts, credit cards, balances,
account numbers, etc...
- Employment Record
- Address Record
- Seller's agreement to pay points
- Account numbers and balances on checking and
savings accounts
- Explanation of any credit problems
- VA certificate of eligibility (if applicable)
- Legal Description of the property
