What If I Price
Too Low?
You will lose money.
The first sign that you have priced too low is that all of a sudden your property is a hot
commodity. Other agents and buyers on the market keep their eyes peeled for deals, and
will hop at the chance to buy from you.
Of course, if it is
in error that you price too low, you should contact your attorney as soon as possible to
see if there are any legal issues to address with refusing a full price offer.
