What do I Look For In a Good Agent?

All agents are different. The one for you should meet the following criteria:

  • Active and working in your area
  • Their "track record"-- How skilled they are at selling homes
  • How comfortable you are with them

Good ways to contact good agents are referrals from other people you trust, someone your company recommends, or even the person who sold you your home (they would already be familiar with you).
