Do I Need a
Lawyer?
Yes. It is not
lawfully required, but when it comes to legal papers and documents, credit reports,
mortgage clauses, etc., an attorney dealing in real estate is one person I want on my
side. He or she will be able to head trouble off before it starts, saving you time,
patience, and money.
With an agent and a
lawyer, you should be covered on all sides and not have to worry about much except for how
big a back yard you'd like, curtains....
